Our team is made up of experienced property management professionals who are passionate about providing responsive service, well‑maintained homes, and clear communication. From leasing and operations to maintenance and accounting, we work together to support residents, owners, and communities every day.

Jim Buus - Owner
Jim is a Fargo, ND native and graduate of North Dakota State University. He has enjoyed an over 35 year career in a variety of community development and commercial real estate ventures. He was affiliated with Fargo based GOLDMARK Commercial, the largest commercial brokerage firm in the region, for 23 years concluding his tenure there having served as President and Managing Broker. In late 2019 he started JBC Commercial Real Estate and shortly after, Thrive Property Solutions (fka ABT Property Management). In his free time, Jim and his wife Cheri enjoy spending time with friends and family at their lake home, traveling and NDSU athletics. In addition to involvement in a variety of business and community ventures, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the NDSU Development Foundation and has served on the Boards of the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation (Chair 2024), NDSU Research & Technology Park and the City of Fargo Economic Development Incentive Committee. He remains actively involved with the 701 Investment Funds and NDSU College of Business.

Brent Kuehne - Owner/Managing Partner
Brent Kuehne is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning sales, investment, and property management. A native of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, Brent is a graduate of Concordia College.
He began his real estate career working in residential sales and small‑scale investment properties before transitioning fully into commercial real estate in 2004. Since then, Brent has built a strong reputation as a high‑performing advisor known for his practical, owner‑focused approach and deep understanding of income‑producing real estate. His experience includes leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio strategy, and hands‑on asset oversight.
Brent is a founder and Managing Partner of Thrive Property Solutions (former known as ABT Property Management) long with being a senior Commercial Agent with JBC Commercial real estate, which he established alongside Jim Buus. In this role, he is actively involved in operational strategy, financial performance, and long‑term planning for managed properties. His work consistently emphasizes operational efficiency, tenant stability, and alignment with ownership objectives.
Brent resides in West Fargo with his wife, Bobbi, and their children. Outside of work, he values time with family and friends, particularly at the lake, and maintains a strong connection to competitive athletics as a former collegiate hockey player.

Julie Fraser - Director of Operations and Commercial Property Manager
Julie Fraser serves as our Director of Operations, contributing more than 28 years of business management experience including six years in commercial property management. She leads the team to keep accounting, maintenance, HR, and other core operations running smoothly, while overseeing property finances. She enjoys working closely with tenants, vendors, ownership groups, financial institutions and her team to bring positive results both professionally and personally. Julie and her husband, Chad, moved to West Fargo in 2017 from Walhalla, North Dakota. Outside of work, she enjoys time with their adult children and grandchildren, their dog Millie, UND hockey, and friends.

Brianne Rudolph - Commercial Property Manager
Brianne Rudolph is a Commercial Property Manager with extensive experience managing retail and mixed-use properties throughout the Fargo/Moorhead area. She specializes in commercial lease administration, CAM budgeting and reconciliations, financial oversight, and day-to-day operations, working closely with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups to ensure properties are well-maintained and aligned with ownership goals. Brianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies with a double emphasis in litigation and transactional law, along with a minor in Accounting, bringing a strong legal and financial foundation to her detailed, transparent, and service-driven approach to property management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and chasing after their two kids, embracing the energy and joy of family life.

Jeremy Boniface - Director of Facilities and Maintenance
Jeremy Boniface is the Director of Maintenance and Facilities and joined the team in 2024. He is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, where he earned a degree in Communications. Jeremy brings over 13 years of experience in the automotive and finance industries, along with extensive knowledge in property management.
In his role, Jeremy oversees maintenance operations, vendor coordination, and facility improvements, with a strong focus on efficiency, communication, and maintaining high-performing properties. He is known for his hands-on approach and ability to manage both day-to-day needs and larger projects with attention to detail.
Outside the office, Jeremy is a dynamic, sports-minded individual and a devoted family man. He shares his passion for sports—especially hockey—with his wife, Kelci, and their two children, Brayden and Kinsley. His outgoing personality and natural leadership skills allow him to thrive in competitive environments, both on the ice and in the business world.
Jeremy embodies teamwork, determination, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of his life, inspiring those around him to reach their full potential. He and his family reside in West Fargo, North Dakota.

Brittany Hanson - Director of Residential Property Management
Brittany Hanson, is the Director of Residential Property Management and brings six years of experience in the property management industry. In her role, Brittany oversees the company’s residential portfolio and is dedicated to delivering high-quality service while building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and tenants. She places a strong emphasis on clear, effective communication and takes pride in maintaining those relationships through responsiveness and transparency.
Brittany also works closely with vendors and contractors, coordinating projects and organizing day-to-day operations to ensure properties are well maintained and projects stay on track. Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities help ensure smooth operations and consistent results across all properties.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, Sawyer, their two sons, and their two Golden Retrievers, Shaka and Bueller. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family, especially spending time together on Big Detroit Lake.

Paige Krom - Residential Property Manager
Paige earned her Business Administration degree, along with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from NDSU in 2021. Since then, she has built a successful career in property management, developing a reputation for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a positive experience for both tenants and clients. She enjoys the relationship‑building aspect of her work and takes pride in helping residents feel supported, informed, and at home in their communities.
Outside of work, Paige is passionate about health and wellness and can often be found at the gym or exploring new fitness classes. She also loves visiting local coffee shops, attending community events, and supporting small businesses throughout the Fargo‑Moorhead area. Most importantly, Paige cherishes quality time with her husband and daughter, whether they’re enjoying a quiet evening at home or spending a weekend out and about together.

Melodie Hall - Accounts Payable
Melodie Hall is our Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant and joined Thrive Property Solutions the summer of 2025. Melodie attended MN State Community and Technical College with emphasis on Business Management and Medical Billing.
While new to property management, she contributes to the team with her detail-oriented and service-focused approach from years’ experience in the housing and medical billing industry. Outside of work, Melodie is a proud mom of two daughters and enjoys spending time in lakes country with family and friends, walking her dog Finn, camping, concerts, fishing and taking spontaneous road trips.
