Over the years, ABT Property Management has grown beyond a traditional property management model. Our services, expertise, and long-term vision now extend further—supporting thriving communities, strong property performance, and responsive, people-first management.

The name Thrive Property Solutions better represents that mission. It speaks to our commitment to helping properties, residents, and investments not just function—but truly thrive.

What’s Changing (and What’s Not)

During the transition, you may notice both names—ABT Property Management and Thrive Property Solutions—used interchangeably in emails, marketing materials, and online platforms. This is intentional and designed to keep communication clear and consistent.

Here’s what’s important to know:

• Your lease, rent payments, and resident portal are not changing
• Maintenance requests and service processes remain the same
• Your points of contact and phone numbers stay the same
• Ownership and management structure are unchanged

In short: nothing changes operationally—only our name and visual brand.
